Nucleate announces launch of Northeast Regional Innovation Hub in partnership with B+Labs
Nucleate, an international nonprofit organization led by academic trainees, is dedicated to empowering future biotech leaders. Together with B+Labs, a life science incubation site in the Schuylkill Yards area of University City, Philadelphia, PA — operated by Brandywine REIT and the Pennsylvania Biotechnology Center (PABC) — we are excited to announce a collaboration to operate the Northeast Regional Innovation HUB (NRIH).
This NRIH location at B+Labs will serve as a landing spot for Nucleate-affiliated companies in the US Northeast region seeking to de-risk and progress their novel medicine assets and programs. With 12 months of flexible lease terms and no-cost baseline operations, the NRIH program will enable foundation- and early-stage Nucleate companies to progress their science in a highly efficient fashion. And by locating within the University City area of Philadelphia, NRIH companies will be able to access the network of preclinical and clinical experts and KOLs that are critical to the growth of early-stage therapeutic companies.
