Nucleate Boston Announces Exclusive Legal Partnership with Mintz for Activator Program
Nucleate Boston, a nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering the next generation of biotech leaders, announces its partnership with Mintz, a leading law firm in the biotechnology sphere. Mintz will provide exclusive legal support to Nucleate Boston’s 2023 Activator program, which facilitates early-stage company formation in the life sciences.

The Activator is Nucleate’s flagship educational program that empowers academic trainees to translate their groundbreaking science into successful companies. With over 50 early-stage venture teams supported since its inception in 2019, Activator provides participants with an unparalleled network, educational workshops, and legal support to facilitate entrepreneurship education and team formation.

The 2023 Activator Program began this January and will support over 100 new ventures worldwide with 17 teams in the Boston Chapter. Activator teams will participate in hands-on workshops and receive mentorship from industry experts throughout the program, culminating in a final pitch showcase.
